1.2.11 The cabins are open! BUT!!! We have quite a few cabins with an imbalance of girls to boys. Instead of banning females, I've just banned them in certain cabins. The ones with asterisks next to the number are the ones that currently have a ban on females. Please please please make more guys! Otherwise I'll have to ban females in all the cabins until the boys catch up. Anyways, HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!
10.12.10 Some stuff has happened, some members have left, and some changes have been made to CHB. First I'd like to thank everybody who's still here and active. Thanks for sticking it out through that drama. The activity check will end soon, so make sure you post! 8.17.2010 Well everyone, a new school year has rolled around, summer was sweet while it lasted. So say hello to the new skin! Cabin checks are long over and business with the Cabin Leaders has drawn to a close. Capture the Flag has also been long over, lasting over a month and slowly dwindled out. The rules in general had some tidying done and the rules for Senior Counselors have been updated. That's about it. TS, over and out.

3.19.2010 Cabins are open again folks, as you saw~ And another general announcement everyone should be aware of: some cabin leader polls have opened!! GO VOTE!! They will close on Wed. 24!! And another super important note: Play Bys have been added to the profiles. I've noticed after some time that sometimes play bys are accepted when other already accepted characters have them because the first person neglected to post in the Face Claim thread. To prevent this from happening again, I've installed the Play By slot in the profiles.
3.11.2010 The cabins are open again! So everybody feel free to create new characters! Some more huntresses would be awesome... but they aren't required. The dance is going great! Everybody be ready though, it's ending at the end of March! Finish up all your partying in time! Guess what else comes then! I'm not telling! Tee hee hee! But I'm pretty excited for it. 1.25.2010 Majority of the cabin sweep outs have been done. Inactive characters have a week to be reclaimed before I delete them. Also, I still need people to sign up for the CL polls! I have hardly anybody! And don't everybody forget the dance!
1.22.2010 Activity checks in ALL cabins are now up. Due dates are the 30th for the Artemis, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, and Other Cabins. Everybody else's is due on the 25th. Also, the Date Registry has been posted, so be sure both members of the couple go and confirm their registration. On another note, Cabin Leader voting's for Feb are up and running, so definitely be sure to read that, as the rules have changed! And keep a heads up for Feb Spotlights!!

Lilith Rules!

Lilith takes place in the commons area between the cabins. And only there. It's outside and there are flowers and fountains and benches. No taking Lilith to a cabin or the woods. That's what the boards are for. Roleplay it out.
Only characters that have been accepted are allowed in Lilith.

The Big House is at the entrance to camp after Half Blood Hill. This is where Chiron, Mr. D, and the rest of the camp staff stay, including rooms for all non-half-bloods. It also has an office, where new demigods may sign up for camp, and a mini-hospital, where injured campers are taken to rest up and get better. On your normal quite afternoon, Chiron and Mr. D are often found playing a game of pinochle at the card table on the porch. The Oracle also resides here.
The Big House is a huge four-story farmhouse with a wraparound porch, painted sky blue with white trim around the windows, like an upscale seaside resort, with a brass eagle weather vane on top of the gray slate roof.
The cabins are in this portion of the camp. Originally they were in a U-shape, but new cabins have recently been added for Hades, Hestia and the minor gods.
A commons area the size of a soccer field lies in the center, facing the cabins, dotted with Greek statues, fountains, flower beds, and a couple of basketball hoops. An overall gathering area for socializing.
Sing alongs are also held here every night. A huge stone-lined "firepit" lies in the center of the Courtyard. Its fire is always burning, tended by Hephaestus kids in shifts.
This is the pavilion where the campers gather for their meals. Each cabin has its own table where the campers sit. Don't forget to give your offering to the gods!
This is no ordinary rock wall. Lava shoots from the top and oozes down the sides. Horrible sounds can be heard coming from it. This wall separates the brave demigods from the sissies.
This is where campers practice their swordfighting skills. There are dummies to practice with, or they can practice with each other. The camp also hosts an occasional tournament.
This is the Hephaestus cabin's favorite place to be. Campers learn to make their shields and weapons here. This is also where weapons and shields are stored, so it serves as the camp's armory.
Skipping through a park full of mortals, lollipop in hand, being chased by a lunatic pack of monsters is just a pocket full of sunshine, no? For any place in the world you feel you need to be chased down in. Just be sure to tell us where you went.
Traveling across this sea is no sailing trip on a sunny day. It takes cunning and bravery to get across. Only those on quests should have need to brave this sea.
